QR Shaper offers digital artefacts delivered as downloadable files. All products are intangible digital goods and are delivered electronically.
Delivery
Purchased digital artefacts are prepared and delivered electronically, typically within 24 hours of completed payment. Delivery times may vary depending on order volume.
Conclusion of the contract
The contract for the purchase of digital artefacts is concluded at the moment the order is placed and payment is successfully processed.
Upon completion of the order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Refund policy
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered electronically once the delivery process has begun, provided that the consumer has given prior consent to the delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
By placing an order, the customer expressly agrees to the delivery of digital content before the expiration of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
Refunds are not available once the digital artefacts have been delivered.
Usage rights

Complaints

Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.

Changes
